Paper labyrinth filters

Paper labyrinth filters comprise two folded and perforated cardboard sheets glued together at their edges. Their unique design makes them the best filters available using inertial force. They are particularly suitable for filtering paint contaminated air, especially for slow drying and waterborne paints.

Fibreglass filters, EU3

The principle of this typically depth filter is that the paint particles to be separated enter the larger diameter gaps between the fibres where they stick.

Fibreglass filters are made of long, non-combustible, layered fibreglasses glued together with synthetic, thermosetting resin. They are chemically resistant and have high dust catching capacity.

Fine filters, EU4

The application of polyester fine filters for air extraction significantly increase the efficiency of primary filters. They are also suitable for filtering the air supply of ventilation systems.

These depth filters collect contamination in their full cross-section and depth. They are made of synthetic microfibres.

Booth ceiling filters, EU5

Suitable for filtering air in high purity spaces.  EU5 (F5) quality laminated polyester filter. We use these filters for automotive polishing, spraying-drying booth applications.

Booth ceiling filters are made of gradually thickening microfibres, impregnated with dust collector oil and a lattice structure that ensures rigidity.

Honeycomb filter (Columbus)

Honeycomb High Capacity Filters® are made of eight layers of special, fire retardant paper. The laminated structure ensures high dust storage capacity. It is recommended for industrial exhaust walls, spray enclosures and polishing booths, installed horizontally or vertically in one layer.

It is suitable for solvent- and waterborne paints, epoxy resins, varnish and pickling solution separation alike.

Box filter

The EDRIZZI® filtering system is made of non-combustible, cardboard boxes with large surface internal labyrinth. They are practically to be installed in metal plated frames. The extraction surface of the box

consists of 500 x 500 mm segments.

The greatest advantage of this system is its high paint storage capacity (up to 80 kg/m2) that results in long life, low maintenance costs, cost-effective and flexible operation.

Frame filters, Z filters

Easy to handle, large surface pre-filters recommended for paint fumes and dust in paintshops and paint booths. They are often installed in multiple layers to boost efficiency.

The frames may be made of paper, plastic or galvanized sheet. The filter material may be fibreglass filters and/or polyester fine filters depending on the task.

Bag filters, filter bags

Filters recommended for paint fume and dust separation, and as injection filters in paintshops and paint booths. The frames may be made of galvanized sheet or plastic.

Subject to the filtering challenge, they come in EU3-F9 filtering classes. We most frequently install them to pre-filter the fresh supply air of polishing booths.
